About House Of Blues:
House Of Blues was founded 1992 by "Hard Rock Cafe" founder Isaac Tigrett and "Blues Brother" Dan Aykroyd. The original idea was to present Blues, Rhythm and Blues, Gospel, Jazz and Roots-abed Rock & Roll from the rural south and share it with the world. Besides the founders, various famous investors have been involved in this project, such as Aerosmith and James Belushi, the brother of the late Blues Brother Nº 2, John Belushi.

The first House Of Blues venue was located at Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts and over the years the brand became very successful. Hence in 2006, House of Blues was purchased by Live Nation, the world's largest live entertainment company. Since then it has been even expanded into the casino business.

There is a very special feature in every House of Blues. As a tradition, they display the "Crazy Quilt" and keep a metal box of mud from the Delta Mississippi underneath the stage of the venue.
